On Gardening

I wrote a column for my husband's website about gardening. It's not nearly as boring as you think. Read it here http://www.lonsberry.com/writings.cfm?story=2424&go=4.

Hey Amanda,
I'm glad you're blogging. I look forward to reading it. I voted on the name poll. I chose robert hammon. for the hammon part. I think that's cute to include your name. the robert part is expendable. (no offense to Mr. Mandy).

Oh, I couldn't agree more. I'm not sure I can tolerate Robert/Robbie, but I'm desperate to call him something. Thanks for looking in. I'll try to keep this updated.

Delightful article on gardening! I know just how you feel.

We don't have any sort of yard to our name, but I was so desperate I started planting things in pots on the front step. The strawberries are dying for no apparent reason, the flowers have come and gone... and I forgot to plant carrots entirely... but the onions look lovely, and some are getting huge! (Well, in my eyes... just don't compare them to the Walla Walla sweets you can get at the store.)

I'm so excited. :)
